CW Machine Worx specializes in High Reach machines, capabilities, and conversion services. These high reaches are typically utilized in the demolition market and offer a safe, economical, and faster alternative for demolition of taller structures.
CW Machine Worx’s high reach conversion services are engineered and manufactured around any size or brand of excavator. High reach fronts can range from 50 ft. to 60 ft., 2-piece booms, and 3-piece booms to reach the tallest of structures up to 100’.
CW Machine Worx supplies full hydraulic plumbing specs and drawings, tilt cabs (manual or hydraulic), and cab guard installation. We also engineer and assemble custom counterweights for safety and peace of mind when demolishing high structures. Along with those items, we offer boom cradles to help transport your high reach machine. Custom track widening capabilities are also available.
CW Machine Worx Partners with Kocurek Excavators
We are also the only authorized Kocurek High Reach front dealer in North America. Kocurek is a world-renowned fabricator of custom booms, custom sticks, and their Kocurek demolition fronts. Each machine fabrication is completely built to your specifications and shipped from their facility in Ipswich, England to our facility in Carroll Ohio, where we complete your excavator conversion. The manufacturing of a quality high reach front will generally require a 5 to 8-month time span, depending on the specifics of your project.
